1. ACCESS & PARTICIPATION

Your Membership begins once payment is processed. Some sessions may have specific start dates.

Your login details are personal and must not be shared. Sharing access or Materials will result in immediate termination without refund.

Membership is $47/month (USD). Payment is processed automatically each month. Payment plans may be available through third-party processors (e.g., PayPal).

2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results that may arise from your participation.
• The Membership does not replace medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial services. You are responsible for seeking those services independently if needed.
• You may be invited to contribute to community forums or provide written/video testimonials. Any content you post (“User Contributions”) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display, share, or use such contributions for community and promotional purposes.

3. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to participate with integrity, respect, and kindness. You will not use the Membership or Materials to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten others.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Engage in fraud, unlawful activities, or spam.
• Post obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory content.

Violation of these terms may result in removal from the Membership without refund.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Materials, content, and resources provided through SOUL Sessions are the intellectual property of Sacred Kaleidoscope Community LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

5. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS

By joining, you acknowledge:

• Your participation is at your own risk.
• The Membership is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
• We are not liable for damages or losses arising from your participation, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our maximum liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid in the last six months, whichever is greater.

6. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate this Agreement.

You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved first through good faith discussions, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Intellectual property disputes may proceed directly to court.

8. GENERAL TERMS

• Communications will be in English.
• This Agreement is the entire understanding between us and supersedes prior agreements.
• If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
• No waiver of rights is implied by delay or non-enforcement.
• We are not liable for disruptions outside our control (force majeure).
• Notices may be sent electronically to the email address on file.
